Galvanized Modular Water Tanks

GENERAL FEATURES:

Our products are manufactured in pieces (modules), shipped to the assembly area in pieces (modules) and combined with bolts that do not require welding.
In galvanized modular water tanks, ST 37 hot dip or electrogalvanized material is used to store your water in healthier and safer conditions.

All products produced in our facility are CE, TSI, and TSICCC certified. In addition, in public projects, production is made according to the specifications and standards of institutions such as the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, HDA, etc.

Galvanized steel water tanks are manufactured using 1st class materials with high corrosion resistance and long service life. In galvanized tanks, all auxiliary assembly materials (8.8 quality bolts, nuts, washers, etc.) are electro galvanized. Sealing elements (gaskets) are made of the highest quality EPDM anti-bacterial rubber product among the available samples.

In our galvanized modular water tanks, production is carried out while considering hygiene conditions. Since the surfaces of the panels forming the tank are smooth and shiny, the surface of the tank does not hold dirt and does not harbor bacteria. It is not possible for moss to form since no light penetrates inside in any way. Hot-dip steel plates, which are used to form the tank’s modules, are the hygienic and most sanitary material in the food sector and for storing fire water. In the event of a fire, it can withstand temperatures of up to 1200°C. Because of the way our modular tanks are made, dust and insects cannot get inside.

Galvanized modular water tanks are very easy to maintain and repair. The cleaning and maintenance hatch on the side of the modular tanks allows for maintenance and repair by entering the tank. Emptying the tank is easily done through the drain valve on the tank. With our modular tanks, the individual modules may be conveniently shipped in sections to the intended place and assembled at the tank installation site.
