The purpose of our Company's Human Resources Policy is to use human resources efficiently in order to become a customer-oriented company that maintains its leading position in the Turkish industry by increasing its capacity, meets the expectations of its stakeholders, values its employees, is open to change, is a leader in its region, uses its resources efficiently as a global company, is sensitive to the environment, occupational health and safety, complies with quality standards, continuously improves its technology, and draws strength from the creativity of its employees.
The goal of our Human Resources Policy is to plan, select, recruit, hire, assign to service units, develop human resources that will ensure the effective and efficient execution of the work in our company, make and implement plans to determine and meet training needs, determine competencies, performance management, career planning in accordance with scientific methods.
We have been adhering to these policies since the first day we were founded and prioritize customer satisfaction in our work; we embrace our customers' businesses as if they were our own and meticulously produce solutions to the problems they experience.
Basic Principles of Our Human Resources Policy
- To establish and implement a system for determining the qualifications, selection and recruitment of human resources that will enable our Company to fulfill its activities effectively and efficiently,
- To determine, implement and evaluate the results for the benefit of the company in order to determine, implement and evaluate the results of training programs aimed at providing our personnel with the knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviors necessary to ensure that they do not fall behind in all kinds of developments and changes in the nature of their work, to increase their job satisfaction and to be more successful in the business environment,
- To develop a performance management system that will enable the staff to see the results of their own work, in a sense the outputs, and to evaluate the results of their individual success,
- To create and realize a career management system that ensures the continuous development of personnel within the organization, prepares them for responsibilities above their current position, and ensures the most effective evaluation of our employees at all levels who are willing to take responsibility.
