What determines the capacity of a Modular Water Tank?

It is determined depending on the usage needed in the place where the tank is planned to be installed.
An average apartment’s daily use, for instance, is 250 to 500 liters. Selecting an average 10 m³ tank for drinking and domestic water storage in an apartment complex with 20 apartments will be adequate to cover the needs for one day in the event of an interruption.

When we receive an offer, what should we look out for?

In your meetings with our sales representatives, it is sufficient to supply width, length, height, and capacity information. You should also indicate the location of use and the type of liquid when choosing a material, with the help of our sales representatives.

Does the assembly process damage the building?

No, assembly is carried out in the assembly area by passing through the appropriate passage area for assembly without any damage.

What should the area be like for tank installation?

The area designated for installation must meet the required tank volume. The ground must be smooth, without slope; if the ground is not smooth (inclined and uneven), we have plastic pedestal options.

Do you need to pour concrete if your floor is tile-covered?

If there is no slope in the installation area, there is no need for a concrete pedestal. Installation can be carried out smoothly with our plastic pedestal options.

Can materials, loads, etc. be placed on the tank after it is installed?

The tank should not have any weight, material, etc. placed on it. The purpose of tanks is to support just their own weight.

Is it possible to relocate the modular tank to a new site after it has been assembled? Is it possible to change the capacity back and forth as needed?

It is movable, yes. Since our tanks are bolted together, it is possible to separate them and put them back together. Furthermore, during re-assembly, capacity adjustments can be made. It is crucial to obtain assistance from our skilled personnel during this procedure to ensure safe disassembly and assembly.

A modular water tank: what is it? What distinguishes these from traditional welded tanks?

One kind of water tank is a modular one.
A modular water tank is a kind of tank that is packaged, hygienic, made in a factory setting, and engineered to fit through tight areas with all its pieces in their modular form.
The difference compared to classical welded tanks is that each part can be replaced, and there is no damage, injury, etc. during delivery to the assembly area.
Thanks to interchangeable parts, it provides an economic advantage in maintenance and repair costs in after-sales processes.
Since there is no welding, assembly, etc. in the assembly area, it allows you to store your water in clean and hygienic conditions.

What are the material alternatives used in tanks? Which material alternative should we choose?

It varies in parallel with the nature of the liquid to be stored. Thanks to its wide product range, the material is shaped according to the nature of the liquid. It is possible to get support from our sales representatives in this regard, and you can also request information from our communication channels.

How is after-sales maintenance and repair of modular tanks done? Is it appropriate to clean with a chemical substance?

It is not advised for non-specialists to maintain or repair tanks. Using chemicals to clean is not recommended when doing repairs or maintenance. Our skilled experts assist with your requests for maintenance and repairs. Furthermore, it’s critical to maintain the water’s circulation within the tank to stop the growth of germs in any standing water.

Why is the liquid's quality crucial for tank? Will the tank be harmed by artesian or well water?

The most crucial factor in choosing a material is the caliber of the liquid that will be held. When you provide our sales personnel with high-quality information, they will identify the best possible option for you.

How do you assemble the tank? How do you ensure sealing? Our modular tanks consist of floor, ceiling, and side modules.

Each part has the same form and structure.
The assembly process is done with a special modular water tank gasket and bolted connections between the modules.
Sealing is provided by the special modular tank gasket used.
